Empty Nest

So glad my nest isn't empty. But the little ones have flown from this Bird Dropping Spider's nest. I find these egg sacs quite astonishing. I wonder how many of the 200 eggs survived from this sac.... Yikes - time to spray the house I think!

We're very proud of this apple clinging to our tree. Turn your back to the overrun veggie patch and admire those fruit trees that are finally starting to bear fruit... Draw in a deep sigh of satisfaction, aaaaahhhhhh, then carefully avert eyes from aforementioned veggie patch on way back to house.
