I have to show you some pictures my little chickens drew for my card today. Littlest chicken's is a many legged spider. My boy's picture is of himself yesterday - giving me a fright by coming in the house with blood all over the side of his face. Thankfully Don came home at exactly that moment and could take him down to the hospital to get that blue gooey stuff on the wound (can you tell I don't have any sort of medical degree?).
Don said it reminded him of being a young boy at school, drawing a card to send to a classmate in hospital. The picture he drew, of course, was of the accident she had been in, complete with blood everywhere! It's something inbuilt, isn't it??
